Welcome to StoryToon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StoryToon mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by StoryToon, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Our Service allows you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content, including photographs for character creation. By submitting content to StoryToon, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason, without prior notice.
Some features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that service. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription you select.
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the next billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid.
We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole discretion. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StoryToon, Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of StoryToon, Inc.
The cartoon characters and stories created through our Service are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from these materials without our express permission.
You agree not to use the Service:
In no event shall StoryToon, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
