Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions

Who can use StoryToon for free?

StoryToon is free for government school and kindergarten teachers. Fill in the form on our website to receive tool access.

What is StoryToon?

StoryToon is an online AI tool that helps any educator turn their educational materials—lessons, worksheets, or notes—into short, engaging videos. It saves time and makes teaching more interactive.

How does StoryToon work?

  1. Enter your educational material or lesson topic.
  2. Our AI creates a short video (about 5–8 seconds) with narration and visuals.
  3. You can combine multiple videos to cover larger topics and use them in class.

What subjects can I use it for?

StoryToon works with all kinds of educational materials, across all subjects and levels—from kindergarten to university. Teachers already use it for programming, science, and languages.

Do I need video editing skills?

No. The AI tool is designed to be simple. Videos can be created without any editing experience, but they can be edited later if needed.

Can I create longer videos?

Each video is short by design, but you can stitch several together to explain bigger lessons.

How fast is video generation?

Most videos are ready in about 30 seconds. For example, generating an 8-second video typically takes around half a minute.

What languages are supported?

Currently English and Polish, with more languages coming soon.

What if I am a private teacher or company?

Private teachers and educators can support our mission by choosing a paid access plan. Companies can sponsor our activity. Since StoryToon runs on paid servers and AI video generation requires significant computing power, your support helps keep the tool free for government school and kindergarten teachers.
